Where can I purchase E-Blox® kits?

E-Blox® kits are currently available on our website www.myeblox.com or at numerous local toy and hobby stores.  You can also search the internet for E-Blox Circuit Blox, Power Blox or Story Blox and find many online retailers as well.

What countries do you ship to?

Shipping is available in all 50 states of the US and Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.  Other international locations are available, just complete the checkout page to verify availability.

What is the estimated delivery date?  

Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Domestic shipments (those to the 48 contiguous states; shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico may take longer) take between 3-5 days after your order has been processed. Delivery times will vary, depending on the service level of your shipment and carrier that you choose.

When can I expect to receive my order? 

 Depending on the service level of your shipment and carrier that you choose, delivery times will vary. E-Blox® will send you an email with tracking information when your order has left our facility. You can track the order to see when the carrier will be delivering your shipment. 

What are the shipping and handling costs? 

Our shipping and handling charges depend on the size of your order. Based on domestic flat rate for regular standard service, shipping and handling costs are as follows: 

  • $9.00 for orders up to $49.99
  • $12.50 for orders from $50 - $99.99 
  • FREE shipping and handling on all orders of $100 or more

 How do I know if my order is accepted?

 E-Blox® will send you an email confirmation when your order has been received and processed.  You will receive another email when your order has shipped which will include tracking information.

 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Paypal. 

What if I need to return or want to exchange items?

We have a no-questions-asked return and exchange policy within 90 days of the date of purchases made from www.myeblox.com. Please call 855-MYEBLOX (855-693-2569), Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST to speak with a customer service representative to initiate the process. 

How do I order additional parts?

How do I replace broken or faulty parts?

Do you have a warranty on your products?

All products come with a complete 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects or malfunction.  Please retain your original receipt or proof of purchase to obtain warranty parts or service.

Product Safety

What are your safety guidelines? 

All E-Blox® products are tested by independent third-party testing labs and pass all applicable tests pertaining to ASTM F963, CPSIA, CPSC and FCC regulations. For further details, please visit our Product Safety page.

What is the minimum age recommendation for E-Blox®?

E-Blox® products are intended for children ages 8 and up. For more details, visit our Product Safety page. 

How should I store my E-Blox® sets?

 It is very important to keep your E-Blox® sets in their original packaging to help ensure that they do not get lost or broken. Never store batteries outside of the battery holder or loose with other parts. For more details, visit our Product Safety page. 

Can E-Blox® use rechargeable batteries?

You may use rechargeable batteries with E-Blox® products, but remember that you must ALWAYS recharge your batteries according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.  Also, never store a fully charged battery outside of the E-Blox® battery holder. Keep the battery in its original packaging or in our patented safety protected battery holder. Never store loose batteries with other parts. For more details, visit our Product Safety page.

Can I get instructions online?

Yes. E-Blox® product manuals are available online.  Just go to our home page and navigate to your product, you will find a link to the manual on the products page.

I can’t get my project or parts to work. What should I do?

 Refer to the beginning of your instruction materials for troubleshooting techniques. If you have already gone through the troubleshooting techniques and you are still experiencing a problem,  please call us at 855-MYEBLOX (855-693-2569) or email our support staff at support@myeblox.com.

What are QR codes?

A QR code is a machine-readable code consisting of an array of black and white squares, typically used for storing website addresses or other information for reading by the camera on a smartphone or tablet.

How do I get a QR code reader?

You must have a device with a camera that can connect to the Internet and is capable of installing an application for reading QR codes. You can find many free apps for QR code readers in the app store for smartphones and tablets. Search for  “QR code reader” to find an application for installing on your device. 

Can I use E-Blox® Power Blox™ with other brands?

Yes, E-Blox® Power Blox™ are compatible with most other similar products and brands.

What educational principles are being taught through E-Blox®?

All of them! E-Blox® products cover the principles being taught in today’s classrooms of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math), and STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading/wRiting, Engineering, Art, Math). 

What languages are E-Blox® products available in?

Currently, E-Blox® products are available only in English. Check back on our website for additional languages we will be providing in the future.  

What is the difference between E-Blox® Circuit Blox™ and E-Blox® Power Blox™ product lines?

The E-Blox® Circuit Blox™ line is great for STEM education and learning. E-Blox® Power Blox™ are a form of independent study to fulfill the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) principles. With E-Blox® Power Blox™, there are no predetermined builds. Rather, E-Blox® Power Blox™ are  designed to encourage you to use your imagination and creativity to design your own builds, or modify existing builds you may already have from other brands.
